POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: For Confirmed Bookings... a 50% deposit is required. A $150.00 damage deposit(fully refundable) will be required with final payment. A $50.00 cleaning fee will be applied to final payment. Balance of Rental must be paid in full no less than 30 days prior to arrival or booking will be considered cancelled by rentor.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $250.00 For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $500.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
	Check In Time: 4:00 Check Out Time: 11:00 Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

Valet Service Available including personal chef: List of services and costs available in unit Nothing has been left out to accommodate its guests. It has a resort feel with all of the amenities available for a fraction of the cost... No transportation is needed by the guest to enjoy what this part of Florida has to offer. Enclosed garage parking available on site and one space is included in Rental.
