POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: A one-time charge of $75.00 cleaning fee will be applied to all bookings. Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of 50% of rental booking is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders and travelers check are welcome All Credit card payments such as Mastercard and Visa will require an additional 3% handling fee. A fully refundable Damage Deposit of $100.00 will be applied. Pet-friendly with an additional $25.00 cleaning fee. These fees will be applied to final payment.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ 300.00 OR 20% of total rental. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 45 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 35% of total booking. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
	Rules: Small Pets welcome but we must be approved by owner.. please provide us with info and pets size, weight and name.
