Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.by cashiers check to be paid two (2) weeks in advance of check-in date

Refundable Damage Deposit: $1000.00 US dollars.by bank check to be paid upon booking to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: cancellations within a 60 day period but not less than 30 days of check-in date will be charged a $50.00 fee and the balance of the deposit will be returned promply.Less than 30 days will be charged $100.00 the balance returned promply.

Rules: Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
