Payment Policy:
The State and County taxes equal 12% and there is a $80 cleaning fee. A 50% deposit will hold your reservation. The blance may be sent in time for me to mail the keys or I can collect when you arrive. I accept checks, money orders, Traveler's checks and cash.

Cancellation Policy:
If I can rent your time, you will receive a full refund.

Rules:
The rules are simple, you must leave or send a pictures of your group and you must eat grouper (a tasty local fish)
We are a family area and all of my guests have been clean, polite, wonderful people.

The unit will be clean and fresh when you arrive. We will clean and do the laundry when you depart. The cleaning fee is $80.
