	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. A $200 deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to check in. Minimum four nights stay, seven day minimum during holidays and high season. Rates do not include cleaning fee of $120 and Florida taxes of 12%. 10% Discount given for previous renters. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
	Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds are not granted to cancelations less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
