	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. $110 Departure Fee includes Cleaning and Local Telephone. 7% Florida State Sales Tax and 5% Resort Tax are additional.
	Cancellation Policy: Deposit refundable (less $50 cancellation fee) up to 45 days before arrival date. Full payment due 30 days before arrival date. Optional travel insurance available. Please inquire.
	Rules: Must be minimum 21 years of age to rent.
	Check In Time: 4:00 PM Check Out Time: 10:00 AM Time Zone: Eastern
