POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. We require 25% on bookings and 6 weeks prior to arrival for full payment. A $300.00 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This will be applied to your reservation. No credit card deposits can be taken over the phone.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 60 days prior to arrival at no costs. Cancellation 60-30 days prior to arrival at 50% rental. Cancellation 30-0 days prior to arrival no refund.
	Rules: You will receive your keys from our office upon arrival. Keys must be returned within 24 hrs of departure or a $25.00 Fee will be imposed.
