POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds. Rate is $11,000.00 per week with 10% additional for major holidays. Discounts in the fall US dollars, Mastercard, Visa, checks given in time to clear one half due with booking, the balance is due on check-in. Added to the rate are a cleaning fee, a processing fee and sales tax of 11 1/2%
	Cancellation Policy: Deposits are fully refundable is trip is cancelled 60 days prior to occupancy. Within 60 days, deposits are refunded if the property is re-booked for the same time for the same rental amount. Refunds are made in the event of a mandatory evacuation for hurricanes.
	Rules: Adhere to local noise ordinances, no house parties and all pets must be registered. All rules are common sense and ensure the enjoyment of all.
	Check In Time: 3 PM Check Out Time: 10 AM Time Zone: Eastern
