	Payment Policy: Townhouse-$1400./wk(June 1- Nov.31);$1700./wk.(Nov.31 - May 31) House - $1200/wk.(June1 - Nov.31);$1400./wk.(Nov.31-May 31) Cottage - $1,000/wk.(June1-Nov.31);$1200/wk.(Nov.31-May 31) Security deposit $500.per unit. Kayak rental-$100/wk.;pro-rated for shorter stays. Tax = 11.5% Weeks with holidays add 10%. Short term stays are pro-rated(call for details). No personal checks or credit cards accepted.Payment should be in the form of bank check,cashier's check,money order,cash,or traveler's check.
	Cancellation Policy: Once your initial deposit has been received, should you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund will be made upon receipt in writing 60 days prior to your reservation date. Otherwise, we will retain the deposit. If we are able to re-rent the unit (which you have canceled within 60 days), we will refund you 90% of your deposit or we will give you the option of renting at another mutually convenient time.
