	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. Valid until December 15, 2008.
	Cancellation Policy: Once reservation is made deposit will not be returned should you have to cancel. We do require one nights room and tax at time of booking.
	Rules: NO pets - NO EXCEPTIONS - a fee of $500.00 will be imposed should we find a pet on property to cover the costs of dry cleaning, carpet cleaning and fumigation.
