	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Nov 1 - May 15..... $1050-$1300/week .. $4000/month All rentals will have a $100 dollar setup and cleaning fee. All reservations must send a $500 deposit. Florida State and Local tax is 10.5% on all rentals less than six months. Cottage is $500-$600/week and is a one bedroom - one bathroom. Monthly $2000. House and cottage email for special Rate
	Cancellation Policy: 90% refund on any cancellation 90 Days prior to Arrival date. No refunds if less than 90 days notice.
	Rules: Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. All smoking must be outside.
	Check In Time: 2pm Check Out Time: 11am Time Zone: Eastern
