All charges will be taken out of the damage deposit. # All reservations must pay for any long distance calls during your stay. Any charges will be taken from your Damage Deposit
 
Cancellation Policy: # Payment will be refunded only if the dates booked are re-rented. You will be refunded the amount paid less a cancellation fee.
 
Rules: A $1000 damage deposit is required. Damage deposit is refunded within 21 days after departure
