Each Additional Person is $50/wk - Max 7 Weeks including Christmas, New Years, Mini-Dive and Opening Week of Lobster Season - add $200.00. 11.5% Florida Tax fee not included in weekly rates. $500 Deposit Reserves this Beautiful Home. Cleaning/Management fee - $147.88 (Incl. tax) Pet Fee: $100 per pet /small dogs only 20 lbs max.
