	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars Minimum Cleaning Fee: $50.00 A reservation deposit of $500 will be required 60 days in advance of arrival date. The reservation deposit will revert to the security deposit at time of rental. Full rental payment is due 30 days before arrival. Deposit will be refunded within 15 days after check out once the inventory and property are inspected.
	Cancellation Policy: No refund of reservation deposit or rental fees will be made if reservation is canceled by tenant 30 days or less prior to arrival on all rentals.
	Rules: Absolutely No Smoking Inside Home. No Pets Allowed On The Property. Children must be supervised when using Jacuzzi. Smoking is allowed outside on Patio or Deck. Please dispose on butts properly.
