	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Rates range from $700 - $1500 a week. The Florida Keys require an 11.5% room tax that is INCLUDED to your rental fee. There is a $150/week surcharge for holidays and lobster mini-season and opening week. A $100 Resevation/Deposit is required on all rentals at the time of booking confirmation.
