	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Verbal or telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less admin charges Cancellations made 28 days or less prior to the arrival date will be charged in full.
	Rules: Minimum stay of 5 nights in low season, and a minimum of 7 nights in Holiday and high season. Late check-out will be charged at $75.00 per hour until 4.00PM. After 4.00PM a full night will be charged (subject to availability). Security deposit of US$300.00 per stay
