Payment Policy: All rates are shown in US$ and EXCLUDE 13% tax Pool heat is optional at $30/night (minimum charge $150) Payment preferred using PayPal or our booking site - both offer guests a free and secure way to pay by credit/debit card
 
Cancellation Policy: After booking - 10%
Within 60 days of arrival date 20%;
Between 30 and 60 days - 40%; Between 15 and 30 days - 75%;
Thereafter 100% all subject to owner's discretion


 
Rules: Treat the villa as your own home - respect our neighbours and have A GREAT TIME
