	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. 1 bedroom with 2 double beds. Sleeps 1-4. Rate is $59.99/night. 1 bedroom suite with a king bed plus a double sleeper sofa. Sleeps 1-4. Rate is $64.99/night. 2 bedrooms suite with 3 double beds and a full size sleeper sofa. Sleeps 2-8 is $119.99. A credit card is required for a guaranteed reservation.
	Cancellation Policy: Must cancel more than 48 hours before scheduled check-in time or card will be charged.
	Rules: Small pets, less than 20 pounds, are allowed with a $10.00/day pet charge. The guest is responsible for any damages to property, including carpet cleanings, replacement if damaged. Smoking is only allowed in smoking units. Guests that smoke in non-smoking units are subject to a $250 cleaning charge.
