	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. 2007 Sept, Oct, Nov & Dec $95 (Thanksgiving, Xmas & New Year $120). 2008 Jan, November & December $100. 2008 Feb, April, May, Sept & October $90. 2008 March, June, July & August $100. 2008 Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year $120. Plus Florida Tax 13%. Minimum stay 4 nts (7 at Xmas/New year & Easter). Cleaning fee $85 plus tax for shortstays. +3.4% fee on CC payments.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised
	Rules: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit
