	Payment Policy: All Rates Are In US Dollars. Price per night starting at US$90. Prices may be based on weekly or monthly stays. Preferably by check. Credit card payments will be charged at an extra 3%. Paypal also available for deposits 20% of fee or $200 whichever is the greater. State taxes and visitor taxes of 13%. Christmas, New Years & thanksgiving, easter - $160/night, $1120/week.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 30days prior to a vacation will be refunded less a $50 handling charge.
	Rules: Rates Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice.
	Check In Time: 4:00 PM Check Out Time: 10:00 AM Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

The property will be clean and prepared for occupancy with standard requirements like soap, towels, linen etc. Additional cleaning can be arranged at the charge of $85.
