Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to taxes at 13%.

Total combination of discounts cannot exceed 30%. A 10% discount is offered for bookings greater than 6 nights, 21 nights or more 20% and 28 nights or more 25%.Please enquire for an exact costing for your required dates. A reservation deposit of $300.00 is payable at the time of booking. The balance, inclusive of a refundable security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to your intended date of arrival. For bookings made 8 weeks or less before date of arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $300.00 is payable at the time of settlement of the outstanding balance.. This will be refunded in full provided that the accommodation is left in a satisfactory condition, and that any damage, breakage or losses are reported at the time to the management company and arrangements are made to cover the cost ot their repair or replacement, and that you return your key at the end of your stay. Pool heating if required is $24.00 for each day of your stay (pool heat runs from 10am-6pm). Wireless internet access is available at the one off charge for your stay of $20.00. These prices are inclusive of taxes.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation at any time prior to the full balance becoming due, the reservation deposit shall be forfeited unless the accommodation can be re-let, in which case a 10% administration fee will be charged. In the event of cancellation within 8 weeks of arrival date, you will remain liable for the full cost of the booking, unless a re-let can be arranged in which case an administration fee of 10% of the full amount will be charged. It is therefore recommended that suitable insurance be taken out.
