	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars 13% resort fee tax not included, $300.00 security deposit required. Cleaning Fee $90.00 if less than 5 night stay. PayPal, VISA and MasterCard Accepted. Prices subject to change without notice.
	Cancellation Policy: Written Cancellation accepted up to 30 days in advance with full refund.
	Rules: No Pets are permitted: If pets or evidence of pets is found after departure and upon final inspection a Pet Cleaning fee, for allergen decontamination, will be deducted from your security deposit in the amount of $150.00, so please do not bring any pets into our townhouse.
