Pool heat is charged extra at $25 per day (3 days notice required) - and recommended in the winter months.

A security deposit of $375 (£250), is required to cover breakage/spillage/damage, fully refundable on departure following inspection.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. Pool Rules No running around the pool. No children under 12 are allowed in the pool without parental supervision. Smoking: Absolutely No Smoking! Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front driveway. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
