Payment Policy: Accept PayPal and credit cards through PayPal. Also check, cash or wire transfer. 20% Reservation deposit required to hold. $300 damage deposit returned if no damage incurred. $100 cleaning fee waived if you do it. Rates are US Currency and subject to a 6% State Tax, 4% Tourist tax and 1% county tax.

Cancellation Policy: Obviously Gasparilla Villa has been taken off the market for your personal stay and other rental opportunities have been lost. Accordingly, if you change your plans, you need to let us know as soon as possible. We will immediately put Gasparilla Villa back on the market and try to rent it for your reserved time slot. If we are successful in obtaining a renter, then you will receive a full refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If we are not successful, then you will forfeit your initial deposit up to the rental amount. Any monies paid over and above the rental amount (i.e. the security deposit) will be refunded just as if you had stayed at the Villa. In the unlikely event you need to cancel, we will offer you a special fall discount.
