Special Events: Mini Lobster and Opening week: add $200.00/wk or $200.00/mo

$300.00 Deposit is required to reserve your accomodations
Bed taxes are taxed at 11.5%
$125.00 Cleaning fee is accessed upon your departure.
Cleaning fee is deducted from your initial deposit and the balance is returned to you providing there are not any damages one to two weeks after departure.
