Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

Add 25% Premium New Years week and Easter week.

Add 25% Premium Labor Day week, July 4th week and Memorial day week.

Add 25% Premium Thanksgiving and Christmas week.

Please Add 10% Tax: (7% Sales Tax & 3% Resort Tax).

Plus $150 Departure Cleaning Fee.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival during High Season and 60 days prior to arrival the rest of the year. Travel insurance is advised.

Rules: Rules: PET POLICY: All pets must be approved prior to booking. Additional pet deposit of $250. will apply, this deposit is refundable.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house, or you will forfeit your deposit.

NO HOUSE PARTIES. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. You will lose the entire damage deposit if police are called and come to property for any disturbance.
