14 day minimum rental period 12 % taxes tax on rental amount $ 50.00 registration fee and $ 75.00 cleaning fee $ 400.00 deposit required on all rentals
 
Cancellation Policy: Deposit refunded, less $ 100.00 if cancelled 61 days prior to arrival date. If 60 days or less, deposit is lost.
 
Rules: No pets allowed This is a non-smoking unit - no exceptions ! rental is from saturday to saturday
 
Check In Time: 2:00 pm
Check Out Time: 12:00 noon
Time Zone: Eastern
 
  MAID SERVICE :
  The condo is cleaned before you arrival and will be cleaned after your departure. There is no maid service while you are in the condo.
