	Payment Policy: Added to the weekly rates shown are $175 cleaning fee & 12% tax. Be advised that any company or individual not collecting sales & tourist tax from you are acting illegally and may well jeopardize your vacation. A $300 reservation deposit is collected at the time of booking which can be made by Visa, MC, Discover, or AmEx. The balance plus fully refundable damage deposit are due by 30 days prior to arrival in the form of check, money order, or cashier's check only.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation at any time means forfeiture of $300 rental deposit. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival means there will be no refunds of any monies unless the property is re-rented, less $100 cancellation fee.
