Payment Policy: Please note: until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. $300 reservation deposit due at time of booking by Visa, MC, Discover, or AmEx. Balance is then due by 30 days prior to arrival in the form of check or money order only. In addition to rates shown is an $85 cleaning fee & 12% tax.
 
Cancellation Policy: $100 cancellation fee up to 30 days prior to arrival. After that, no refund unless re-rented, less $100 fee.
