Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. 12% Tax will be applied to the total amount of the rental. CLEANING FEE: A one-time cleaning fee of $100. will be charged. 50% deposit required to reserve – balance due 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit Smoking is only permitted on the roof deck. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in an ash tray provided.
