Payment Policy: NO SMOKING! NO PETS! Minimum stay 1 week - Saturday-to-Saturday (call for shorter stays off-season). Rental rates are based on 6 person occupancy. There is a $49.00 per week charge for each additional person. All rates are subject to 12% sales tax. A $300.00 deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Total rental charges must be received 60 days prior to check-in. A $300.00 security deposit (or credit card guarantee) is required. Security deposit is refunded within 30 days of departure, less any damages. All rates in US Dollars. We accept checks or money orders. Credit cards are accepted for deposits and last minute bookings (MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express). Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 9:00 a.m. All persons under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian). Management reserves the right to assign another unit if necessary. Rollaway beds and cribs available.

Cancellation Policy: A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of deposit. No refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival.
