	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Rental period Saturday to Saturday, except for slower season and longer rentals ; In addition to the rates stated above a $1500.00 security deposit is required. A $225 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Prices include pool heat, local phone, towels, sheets and paper products, etc... All rates are subject to a 12.5% Florida Sales tax.
	Cancellation Policy: Full refund if greater then 60 days.
