POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: US Dollars. Refundable security deposit due to reserve dates. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, cashiers check, money order and Pay Pal.
	Cancellation Policy: The rental is subject to government laws, regulations, and taxes. If you must cancel your reservation, we will attempt to re-rent your week. If we are unable to re-rent, monies received will be forfeited. If there is a mandatory evacuation, we will reimburse you for lost days. (I.E. 3000/week divided by 7 days =$428/day x 2 lost days = $856 refunded
	Rules: PETS: Our home is pet friendly, however an extra security deposit will be collected to insure proper clean up is done upon your departure. If the house or yard is left in a condition that requires extra cleaning, the rate is $25 per hour.
	Check In Time: 3:00 Check Out Time: 9:00 Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

Shore home is stocked with linens, towels, kitchen utensils. Cleaning is performed aqt the end of your stay.
