YOUR OWN PRIVATE ISLAND

Payment Policy: US Dollar. Personal checks are accepted, wire transfer. There is a $1500.00 security deposit along with the rental agreement in order to reserve your week. Please call 305-796-8439 or e-mail island2@comcast.net for rental agreement and more information. Our rates start at $6000.00 and go up to $7500.00 per week, plus 11.% sales tax.

Cancellation Policy: 60 days prior to arrival date written notice. There is a $200.00 processing fee. After the sixty days you may reschedule a future week.

Rules: No smoking inside the house or on deck area. Smoking is allowed on the grounds. No candle in the house or deck area. This is a self sufficient island. Please conserve our electric and water since it is from solar and rain. If fans and lights are not in use please turn off.
