All rates are in US funds
Add 10% for state and county taxes.
There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit to reserve the house.
Full refund of security deposit if cancelled 30 days prior to the reservation date.
Rental is due 30 days prior to the arrival.
Security deposit is refundable after the house is checked for no damage or missing items.
