Rules:
THINGS TO REMEMBER
Please no smoking inside of home !!!
No sand, in house or pool area.
Wash beach toys before storage.
Empty dryer lint after every use.
Do not park in any garages. No Motor homes.
Energy conservation when not in use. Please turn off all lights, fans, tv. Etc. Keep AC no lower then 78 or above.
Please keep kitchen clean. Place any sugar or open boxes in fridge. Ants can be a problem with open food. Waste disposal – if you suspect something may clog the disposal – it likely will !!! So PLEASE put waste in the trash can – only VERY small items will go through the disposal freely.
Put patio cushions in garage, patio
Boxes, or inside the home.
Clean BBQ before checkout. Turn off GAS
Do not touch pool valves, heater or any type of equipment. Check the skimmer basket daily. This will keep the pool clean. If you have any problems call Tom : 239- 825- 7556
Shut all outside lights off during the day.
Do not leave any trash in the garage or on the ground. Keep trash in the trash containers.
