Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars

The rate per week for the villa is $700 / £450 which includes all utilities.

A deposit of $100 or £100 is required to confirm a booking with the balance being payable 5 weeks before departure.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised
