	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Rate do not include 11% County and State Tax. $500 Non-Reundable Reservation Deposit(Applied Toward Rent) & $500 Security Deposit Required Before Arrival; Balance due 30-days Prior to Arrival Security Deposit Returned within 30 days of Occupancy. Rates and Terms Subject To Change Witout Notice. Exiting Cleaning Fee Included.
	Cancellation Policy: All Deposits Refundable If Reservation Cancelled 60 Days Prior To Arrival; Security Deposit Not Refundable Less Than 60 days Prior To Arrival, But Security Deposit 100% Refundable. Any Forfited Security Deposit Will Be Applied Toward Future Reservations Within 12 Months Of Forfiture
	Rules: House is non-smoking on the inside, but it is allowed on the covered porch outside. Garage is 30 feet deep, capable of housing 20 (+/-) foot, long boat and trailer
