	Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars. In addition to rental rate, there is a one time cleaning fee of $160, and 11% tax.
	Cancellation Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will result in a loss of 50% of any payments made. Any security deposits will be refunded in full. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment.
	Rules: Rates are Subject to Change Without Prior Notice.

MAID SERVICE :

Home is cleaned prior to your arrival. All beds are made with fresh linens. There is no maid service provided during your stay, however, if you wish to have the home cleaned during your stay, we can arrange maid service for an additional fee.
