	Payment Policy: Rates in US Funds Additional fees include a $120 one-time cleaning fee, and 7% tax. Full payment is due one week before arrival. There is a deposit/security deposit charge which is returned 7-10 days after departure.
	Cancellation Policy: Thirty day notice for cancellations for return of full security deposit. All cancellations are charged a $50 administrative fee.
	Rules: Smoking permitted only on balcony.
	Check In Time: 3 PM Check Out Time: 11 AM Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

There is a final cleaning service with a fee of $120. Additional cleaning during your stay can be arranged prior to your arrival.
