	Payment Policy: A damage/reservation deposit of $2000 is required. This must be received at time of booking via wire transfer or paypal. Deposit can be applied towards rent; however it is fully refundable within five (5) days of departure, provided all the provisions on the agreement are met
	Cancellation Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellation that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.
	Rules: Rates subject to change without notice. Rates will not change once contract and deposit are agreed upon
