Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 21 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. $1,00 deposit required 30 days in advance of booking. Security deposit required (can be secured by credit card by authorizing the deposit amount without having to actually charge it - this helps reduce your out-of-pocket expenses). Security deposit returned within 7 days of check-out date.
