	Payment Policy: $1,500 deposit payable at the time of the booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit, less $250 cleaning fee, will be returned to you at the time of check out if no damage is done to the house.

	Rules: Please note, this house is not for crazy parties. We love it very much and would like to have tenants who can enjoy the scenery, location and luxurious amenities without destroying the property. I am sure you can understand that.
