Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars.

Low season rates (June 1 - Aug 31)FROM $80/night per room single/double occupancy.
Mid season (March 1-May 31 & Sept.1-Oct.31) add $20 a day per room.
High season (Jan. 21 – Feb. 28 and Nov. 1 – Dec. 15) add $40 a day per room.
Super high season(Dec 15 - Jan 20) add $80 a day per room. One week minimum stay.
Less than one week Short stay fee $20 a day per room.
Added bed $20 per person per night. Special rates can be applied on special dates.
Long term rentals and house sharing upon request.
B/fast $10 per person.
