Payment Policy: Peak season (December 1-April 30): $5600/month; $2100/week; $375/night. Off peak season (May 1- November 30 ): $4000/month; $2100/week; $375/night (one week minimum). Over 4 guests, there is a $50 per person fee per night. All utilities, cable, wireless high-speed Internet, and local phone included (except monthly rentals). Health club, valet parking, and guest parking included. Deposit required. All rates in US Dollars.

Rules: On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 78 degrees. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in the garbage shoot near the elevator in the laundry room on the floor. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Leave keys with the valet parking at the front entrance.
