Payment Policy: *Rates are based on a one –week minimum stay, Rates may vary based on season and length of stay. We accept all major credit cards. Leases for less than 6 months are subject to 13% tax.* ****************************************************** Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
