	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations recieved 60 or more days prior to the arrival date will receive a complete refund. Cancellation received 30 to 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive 1/2 of the deposit back. All cancellations received within 30 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the entire deposit.
	Rules: No one under the age of 25 will be allowed to rent. IDs are required at time of check in.
