A $200 security/damage deposit holds your reservation. $300 if bringing a pet. Balance is due upon check in.

For winter monthly rentals there is a $400 security/damage deposit. Balance is due 14 days before check in.

For "Event" week’s and high season winter and summer monthly rentals, full payment must be received a minimum of 30 days before arrival date. OTHER THAN OUR PACKAGE SPECIAL RATES: PLEASE ADD 12.5% FLORIDA RESORT TAXES AND $100 CLEANING FEE TO POSTED RATES

Cancellation Policy: Reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund. Special circumstances are considered. No cancellation fees.

Rules: PETS: Two quiet, friendly and well-behaved pets are allowed. There is not size or weight restriction. Pets must be up to date on shots and on Flea preventative. An extra cleaning fee may be charged if you leave us an excessive amount of hair or doggie prints on the floors or windows. You are responsible for cleaning up all pet droppings. City ordinance: Pets must always be on a leash when on public property (this includes our common ground) We do not charge an additional "pet fee" as most all other properties do. We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our villas... When you arrive you unit will be exceptionally clean. So we ask that you are respectful of our property and not leave an excessive cleaning project for us. SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside our villas. Each unit has covered balconies, covered areas in the courtyards or both. There are also several seating areas on our common ground. If you smoke inside our villas your entire security deposit will be forfeited.
