Payment Policy: All rates US$ and are subject to change without notice, until confirmed. Daytona Speedweeks and Bikeweek $1000/week. All rates subject to a 12.5% sales/resort tax and $85 cleaning fee (non-refundable), as well as a refundable damage deposit, $250-week, $500-month. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Personnal checks accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations greater than 30 days before arrival are subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the rental. Cancellations between 30 days and 7 days before arrival are subject to a 50% fee of the rental. No refund on rental fee if canceled less than 7 days before arrival. Damage deposit will be refunded, minus any applicable fees.

Rules: Non smoking unit, please. No pets allowed. One car limit per unit in the garage. Other vehicles can be parked outside the garage, on premises.
