Payment Policy:
Each rental will include the base pay above and a $100.00 cleaning fee to pay for cleaning services and a $200.00 security deposit.
The security deposit will be refunded in full at the end of your stay if nothing is damaged, broken, stolen, or needs extended cleaning services.
No smoking allowed. No pets allowed. Must be 25 or over to rent. We are renting out our home on Weekly and Monthly plans.
So how do you book our house?? Please view the Availability Calendar to available dates and then contact us via email or phone number to confirm your booking. If we do not answer please leave us your phone number and email address if you have one and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Once your booking is confirmed, please submit your payment either via regular mail or electronically via Paypal.
We do accept Paypal as a form of payment. In fact, Paypal is our preferred payment method. Please submit Paypal payments to rjseiler@yahoo.com.
